At Innocent Flowers, we offer flat rate shipping across Australia.

Shipping Fee

Rates vary by the number of items ordered (based on total weight):

 1 Item: $15.00 AUD

 2 Items: $20.00 AUD

 3 Items: $25.00 AUD

 4 Items: $30.00 AUD

 5 Items and up: $35.00 AUD

Please note: Each item in our shop is assigned a standard weight of 1 kg to ensure the correct multi-item shipping rate is applied automatically at checkout.

Local Pickup (Free)

We offer free local pickup at Newcastle Interchange.

•  Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

•  After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time.

•  Pickup is available on weekdays (subject to confirmation).

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

•  2–6 business days after shipping (within Australia)

We ship from Newcastle, NSW, Australia.

•  Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s delivery schedule.

•  Most orders within NSW and nearby states arrive faster (usually 2–4 business days).

•  We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

•  All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

•  For remote areas or regional Australia, delivery may take longer than the estimated time.
