Due to the unique, custom nature of our everlasting blooms, we want to ensure a fair and sustainable experience for both our studio and our wonderful customers. Please read our updated policy below before making a purchase.

🌸 No Returns or Exchanges (Change of Mind)

Because our products are made-to-order and handcrafted, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you simply change your mind. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully, including sizes and colors, before finalizing your purchase.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (48-Hour Guarantee)

Your satisfaction and the safe arrival of your beautiful flowers are our top priorities. If your order arrives damaged during transit, is defective, or if we sent the wrong product, we will fully take care of it without requiring you to ship the item back:

 Report Window: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

 How to Claim: Please email us at innocentflowers23@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damage or the issue.

 Our Resolution: Once verified and approved, you don't need to worry about return shipping. We will gladly send a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference.

🚫 Important Exclusions

 Items damaged due to improper handling, storage, or normal wear and tear after delivery are not eligible for a replacement or refund.

 Requests made after the 48-hour delivery window cannot be accepted, as we cannot verify transit damage after this period.
